Returns Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
The item delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect
The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
To qualify:
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging intact
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
Change of mind after delivery
Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
Orders where the customer failed to provide correct delivery information
Refusal to receive an order after dispatch
Inspection on Delivery (Important)
Customers are strongly advised to:
Inspect the product at the time of delivery
Report any issues immediately or within 24 hours
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in rejection of the return request.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only when a return is approved after inspection
Approved refunds will be processed via:
M-Pesa reversal, or
Bank transfer, depending on the original payment method
Refunds may take 1–3 business days after approval
Exchanges
Where possible, we will offer a replacement instead of a refund for defective or incorrect items. This ensures you receive the correct product faster.
Delivery Charges
Delivery fees are non-refundable once the product has been dispatched
In case of a verified defect or error on our side, we will cover the cost of replacement delivery
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not guaranteed
Abuse of Policy
To maintain fair service:
Customers who repeatedly place orders and fail to receive them may be restricted from future Pay on Delivery services
