5. Delivery Policy

  • Nairobi & Kiambu: Same-day or next-day delivery via rider

  • Outside Nairobi: Delivery via courier (e.g., G4S or equivalent)

Delivery Charges:

  • Nairobi & Kiambu: KSh 200 – 1000(Depending on location)

  • Outside Nairobi: KSh 300 – 800 (depending on location)

Important:

  • For orders outside Nairobi, delivery fees must be paid before dispatch

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location and availability

6. Pay on Delivery Terms

  • Pay on Delivery is available only in selected locations

  • Customers must be reachable via phone for confirmation

  • Failure to receive or honor an order may result in restriction from future orders

7. Returns & Exchanges
