1. Returns
You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Be in the original packaging, with all tags intact.
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Items on sale or clearance
- Personalized or custom-made items
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@ashnahome.co.ke or call +254-123-4567. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.
Return shipping: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after 10 days, please contact your bank or credit card company. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, reach out to us at info@ashnahome.co.ke.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@ashnahome.co.ke or call +254-123-4567.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the item has not yet been shipped. Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
